Yes, that was changed on purpose, mentioned in the release notes like this: - Fix the problem with rating images by accident when moving the mouse while typing an image size in the export module In the end we decided that sacrificing one hidden feature was better than destroying people's work all the time – rating your images is work, too. > The problem with this behaviour, imho, is that when you click on it, you > move the slider to another point. You can right click the slider to open the popup and right click again to close it without assigning the changes. Or you can use the scroll wheel to go up one tick and then back one tick again.
