Hi, I have been using darktable-chart styles created from Canon CRW Raw images and in camera jpeg's and am pleased with the results but have just recently tried using my target images with cie/it8 file option and have come across some problems. First if I uses a wolf-faust it8 chart I get a dtstyle file that adds a strong red cast to my images even though I have used the same image for both methods.
Second I have tried to use a ColorChecker clone http://www.greywhitebalancecolourcard.co.uk/ with a custom cie file that I created from reference values on their site and I am unable to select just the patches that contain the grey ramp. The resulting style is also unusable this time with very strange tone curve and color cast. Would it be possible to enable selection of only the grey ramp patches instead of all as the only option (currently only A1 - D6 is selectable and not D1-D6) this results in a very strange roller coaster tone curve. Any thoughts / questions?
