I totally agree with Tobias.

One question about the algorithm you are using: Does it sample the whole image
for matching patches that are then cloned in, or is it just filling with a
gradient from the surrounding pixels?

I wonder, how does the Content Aware Patch algorithm compare with the »heal selection« filter in Gimp 2.9?
