I'm using Darktable for Ubuntu. And Ubuntu can be used in Windows 10 with
developer settings.
The Ubuntu in Windows ist only 14.10.
The question is: How can I install Darktable 2.2 rc 2 on Ubuntu 14.10.

At this point there is no darktable for windows (*)
There is some work-in-progress patches, should they finally get
merged, then this can be re-evaluated (not until 2.2 is released).
At this point i can only suggest running darktable in linux in a VM.
* yes, we know that some persons hacked some parts of darktable
together and made them compile on windows. that is not darktable.
