The images don't look ideal, they're not fully out of focus and most of the image is fully black. It would be nice to find a scene where you have more intermediate values, is more out of focus and still includes complete white and complete black. Could you instead open a bug report and attach the files? http://redmine.darktable.org/projects/darktable/issues/new As for the white balance presets these are probably correct and just need some editing. Could you please attach the original NEF files for them though? I want to test a few things in WB for NEF files that will be helpful for this and other cameras.
