ok, you are the second one reporting this bug, (the first report suspected
that it was due to unreliable USB drive)

so this confirms that we have a real bug here.

can you reproduce ? do you have a specific way to trigger it ?

do you have any active lua script ? if yes, please send me your luarc and
related scripts...

in any case please open a bug in redmine to keep track of this...
