Maintaining a Russian translation isn't a requirement to be able to
ship darktable. It's a volunteer effort so if there's no one available
to do a Russian translation there won't be one.

As for the 32bit issue at least this one build issues is just an
easily fixed bug and most others probably are as well. I doubt it will
do much good though as the end result will most likely not work well
at all. Given that this has has been broken for months and nobody
noticed (that particular line has been there since June) it's clear no
one has really been testing darktable on 32bit, most likely because
there are very few 32bit machines where darktable will run adequately.
We also already know the new cache will work poorly with it. Given all
this It may be time to just drop 32bit completely.
