gdc on other Linux distributions. This is not Solus specific.
Working latest versions of DMD and LDC2 are successfully
installed by the D install script on Solus and other
distributions.
So apparently it IS realistic to expect the D install script to
support every Linux distribution except in the case of gdc which
is not supported on any Linux distribution (with any remotely
recent version).
