At this moment, I decided to do business with you so that the money will be released into your normited bank account,as i will present you as the next of kin or relation to the deceased .the bank will disburse the money since nobody is coming for it and I don't want this money to go into the bank treasury as an unclaimed deposit. The banking law and guidlines stipulates that if such money remaines unclaimed for a period of four(4) years it will be transferred into the bank treasury as unclaimed fund. The need for a foriegner as next of kin in this business is occasioned by the fact that the customer was a foreigner and as a Nigerian i cannot stand as his next of kin or heir.
