Here come the explosive acquisition/role-ups plays again!!!

XRG Inc. (OTCBB:XRGC) recently announced their acquisition
of the Tennessee-based freight carrier, J. Bentley Companies Inc,
which could translate into sizable profits for timely investors.
J. Bentley was seeing annual revenues of between $10 and $15
million before the acquisition, and is now on track to have a $20
million year, according to XRG Inc.'s President and CEO, Kevin Brennan.

Acquisition plays have been huge in prior years and it looks like the
game is on once again for this industry with many players tripling in
price already.

With an ambitious growth campaign in high gear, this is a prime
time for investors to take advantage of the company's stock price.
Brennan projected revenues of $100 million within 12-months
(on an annualized basis), and said he plans to make XRG Inc.
a billion dollar company within five years. If Brennan's projections
are accurate, this stock could end up being worth $7 to $10.
If he is only 25% right-its good enough for us.

Also XRG Inc. also provides the added leverage of providing
technology to enhance their business model. The company
has established a system similar to air-traffic control, allowing
the company to keep tabs on its revenue stream, and track driver's
progress. Other implemented software allows drivers to track their
compensation on a 24/7 basis, pay their bills, and track the revenue
they're generating for the company from behind the wheel of their
big-rig providing additional economies of scale and profitability.

More importantly, there are very few "pure plays" available for
investors to take advantage of. Since going public in Oct. 2002,
XRG Inc.'s stock price has seen gains of more than 400 percent,
and currently hovers around $0.90.

OUR STRATEGY: XRGC stock looks good at current prices and
possibility up to $ 1.50 to $1.75 with long-term potential that could
yield considerable profits. The fragmented, sometimes archaic $400
billion trucking industry is ripe for consolidation, and with XRGC's
aggressive growth campaign, effective acquisition strategy, and
implementation of both web and proprietary technology, their business
model could quickly become the standard in the industry.
