A similarly open-minded friend once commented (far too loudly in a cafe) that exact sentiment --if you're going to invade, kill em all, or deal with centuries of violence. After realizing the clarity of this, I did come up with a softer solution. Forced reloaction & interbreeding is likely to 1. destroy territorial histories and 2. eliminate strong physical and cultural differences. Move all the Irish to Palestine (give 'em plenty of sunblock), move all the Palestinians & Zionists to Ireland, and have the A-type male teens school with B-type female teens.
