From the developer: "AES Crypter is another Rijndael block cipher (AES).
It can crypt and de-crypt a lot of files using AES cipher. Key lenght and
block size can be choosen between 128 bit, 192 bit and 256 bit. This
program is very easy and handy to use (just drug'n drop your file(s)). At
present, there are two versions of this program (both running over
Microsoft Windows OS): this one runs with a GUI. The other one uses a
Command Line Interface (CLI). They are both built using a common engine. In
that way you can use this version and/or the other one without any
compatibility problem: i.e. What you're crypting with CLI, it could be
de-crypted with the GUI version as well, and viceversa."
