Bush is boned
Well, that's it. Bush is cooked.
Conservatives in the future will curse his name as the man who had world domination in his grasp, and blew it by being an arrogant and impatient little prick. The future will remember him like one of the latter inbred retarded roman emperors, who had lost all grip on power and reality, who destroyed and looted at their whim, squandering the wealth of an empire and bringing ruin upon his coterie.
All over the world, the vast majority of people oppose Bush. He has successfully bred more hatred towards America than all of his predecessors combined. He has turned the sympathy of the world on its ear with his bellicose bullying transparent greed, lies, and corruption.
He has turned the church against him. Jesus may be his most influential philosopher, but Christian leaders apparently have no impact whatsoever.
High school students chanted and booed Tom Ridge, of homeland security infamy, when he came to announce new anti terrorism initiatives. The students said that his mission was clearly war propaganda, with no basis in reality in fact, but rather an attempt to influence reality thru fear mongering. They were not buying it, being more intelligent at 18 than Bush's whole administration as a group.
He has reduced the once credible and honourable Colin Powell into a laughing stock and a Tom. He has reduced the credibility of the Executive to zero. He has reduced the income of the average American, while boosting the income incalculably for the most privileged few. He has used racism, religious bigotry, threats, bribes, you name it, if it's a dirty trick, he's tried it.
And where did his buffoonish bullying get him?
The anti war movement has taken in millions of people who never understood the anti corporate globalization movement (or, more accurately, the global social justice movement). Those people will be staying on when this war is stopped to continue to rebel against neo liberal economics and exploitation of the working poor, against racism, against poverty, against injustice in the justice system.
Bush has united the world against corporate globalization. Womens groups, student groups, survivors and families of 911, social organizations, churches, unions, third world land reform movements, celebrities and academics from all over the planet have organized against the war, and together have taught one another about the Bush long-term economic plan, the budget, the Federal Reserve, about the depth of corruption in our government, and they will not be going away after the war either.
My only hope is that Bush sees the harsh side of a war crimes trial before he takes half the world to hell with him.
Thomas Jefferson said that the people are responsible for ensuring that democracy remain strong, that if a government should come along that threatens to undermine or attempts to corrupt or destroy the democracy, it is the duty of the people to correct or REMOVE that government. That is the duty of every citizen of the United States.
Abraham Lincoln said; It is not just the right of the people to protest unjust laws and government, but their duty.
America, do your duty to the founding fathers, to democracy, to the constitution, and to the people of the world.
REGIME CHANGE NOW!
