The Supreme Court considered Monday how far the government can go to make a delusional dentist well enough to stand trial for health fraud charges.

State police describe you as a an anarchist practising assassination politics in a court hearing about some property damage.Eight months later Federal police go to your Dr and say they are invesigating on behalf of the FBI who, they say want to extradite you to the USA.A 'management plan' is drawn up with the police to increase medication levels 3/4 times and make you travel to a strange clinic to have blood taken as a test that you are taking these soporific medicines. When you refuse treatment on the grounds that this appears to smack of Soviet era psychiatry and you have been stable for 20 odd years, you are sworn at and committed and barely escape from forced incarceration. No oversight body so far agrees with you that there has been a breach of privacy,a breach of natural justice,a breach of due process and an abuse of your human and civil rights.Without consultation or reasons given you now find yourself diagnosed 'paranoid.' Welcome to the medical - industrial complex. Are you sane enough to be executed? I was court-martial in my absence, and sentenced to death in my absence, so I said they could shoot me in my absence.
