His words are pretty much without meaning. All gun laws are unconstitutional and should be repealed immediately, and all those who have fallen victim to the legal system as a result of the enforcement of these laws should be granted restitution. It is possible that there could be a gun law that would be constitutional, but no such laws currently exist.
