The BIGGEST KEY to gaining a large organization of distributors and customers, is 
getting the "Magic Multiplier Factor" working for you. What is it?

It is the ability to get the average distributor to sponsor just a few distributors 
that in turn do the same to create a duplicable pattern. 

You sponsor just two distributors and then the next month they each sponsor two 
distributors and then the next month these new distributors sponsor just two 
distributors with the same pattern continuing.

The result would be as follows: 2 X 2 = 4 X 2 = 8 X 2 = 16 X 2 = 32 X 2 = 64 X 2 = 128 
X 2 = 256 X 2 = 512 X 2 = 1,024 X 2 = 2,048 X 2 = 4,096, totaling over 8,000 
distributors in one year!

Now of course it never works exactly like this, but even if you only gained 10% or 800 
distributors in a year because of the "Magic Multiplier Factor" and 1/2 of them quit, 
you would still have 400 distributors in your organization, never mind customers.

So how do you get the "Magic Multiplier Factor" working for you? 

The most important thing is the incentives to get "two" people each. This should start 
with a customer incentive in order to get your free Members or customers to want to 
refer a few people each. YOU NEED TO HAVE AN INCENTIVE PROGRAM FOR THESE PEOPLE. In 
sales jargon, these are called "bird dogs", in that they may "point" you to other 
prospects.

Second is having a beneficial distributor pay out to reward sponsoring just two 
people. Sure it is great for the "heavy hitters" to have a top heavy compensation 
plan, but it will rob the opportunity of being able to provide a pay out to motivate 
the average person to action.

So if you are a "heavy hitter" type of recruiter that is able to throw large 
quantities of mud against the wall to get some to stick, then you should pick a 
program that rewards you. Be aware that the program will probably be hard to sustain 
growth though and will probably fail within a few years.

However if you are looking for an opportunity that rewards the "little guy" in order 
to create an organization of workers, then you need to be able to offer a PAY OUT THAT 
REWARDS THE SPONSORING OF TWO DISTRIBUTORS SO THAT A NEW DISTRIBUTOR CAN QUICKLY GET 
INTO PROFIT.

Network marketing does have the potential for you to create a long term, recurring 
income, but only if it offers a genuine opportunity to the average person.

As I have said before, it is great to climb the ladder of success, but make sure that 
it is leaning against a wall that will not fall OR make sure that the rungs are 
reachable for EVERYONE. :)
