hit me with a flower...At the start of November 2001, during a British
Royal visit to Latvia, peace activist Alina Lebedeva (age 16) slapped
Charles Windsor (aka Prince of Wales) across the face with a bunch of
carnations. Alina's action was carried out to protest the war in
Afganistan. Initially Alina was charged with endangering life & threatened
with 15 years imprisonment. However due to a wave of international protest
& calls for clemency the Latvian Government dropped these charges against
Alina.

Nato official survives tomato attack

Two young Russian protesters shouted "Nato is worse than the Gestapo," and
threw a tomato at alliance Secretary-General Lord Robertson in Prague today.
The tomato missed and security guards pulled the jacket off one of the two,
who apparently posed as journalists.
"honey I forgot to...FUCK!"
