They have to grab all the cellphones too. Cellphones take pictures, eventually movie, and can store them. I suppose They could seize control of all the local Basestations, and not only shut off service but identify all "on" phones in the area. NOTE TO NOKIA: Make it possible to use the camera without powering the cell RF section.
