Speaking of nano-tech, did you see the release about how they discovered
how a virus injects its DNA into host cells? Seems it uses this cool
little nano-probe they are trying to figure out how to reproduce. They
think it would make a great probe for a variety of uses such as tunneling
microscopy. Seems it should increase the ability to measure minute changes
in say a magnetic medium. Thus allowing even better reading of 'erased'
data on drives for example.
