What we have is a list policy that the backbone shall be unregulated or
otherwise modified by any of the nodes involved. What they do with it is
between them and their subscribers. I run SSZ and it stays open to non-member
submission, and raw feeds of the backbone to subscribers. Can't take the
heat, get out of the kitchen.

The reality is that no harm has come to you or any other participant in
this list from the traffic (irrespective of the content). Claiming that
this somehow gives you the right of self-defence is simply bullshit.
Having ones feeling hurt or being exposed to a concept or discussion not
of your interest justifies nothing more than your not participating.

ps Anyone who claims that CACL won't lead to traditional 'anarchy' only
has to look at comment #2 above for a clear and present example of why
