No, I'm not. 'discrimination' requires(!) 'prejudice'. Prejudice is the
irrational or unreasoned categorization of GROUPS OF PEOPLE (not solutions
which is ALL that meritocracy is concerned with - the merit of the
solution, not the beliefs or race of the person offering it).
