I'm *sure* the folks in neighboring countries have a good idea what a romanian is. Ask them. As for 'country', you'll find that there are folks with small arms stationed along roads leading out of romania, who believe strongly that *their* country starts there. Romania is that solid angle of earh claimed by none of your neighbors.
