Dear Gunnar Larson,
In a survey conducted by PWC in 2022 assessing the pulse of executives, 60
percent said that digital transformation is their most critical growth
driver. To realize that growth and deliver new value, leaders must build on
their current capabilities across several dimensions of management.
The *Executive
Program in General Management* is designed around several pillars that
represent the suite of skills needed to drive growth and innovation. Below
is a sample of the key sessions you will participate in during the program.

*Management and Leadership*
*Developing Leadership Capacity: Four Capabilities Leadership Model*
This session focuses on a simple yet powerful model of leadership that
emphasizes developing four key leadership capabilities that are
particularly effective in today’s complex, volatile, and uncertain world.
The four capabilities are sense-making (understanding key issues and
challenges), relating (developing key relationships within and across
organizations), visioning (creating a compelling image of the future), and
inventing (creating new ways of working).
Plus:

   - Negotiation and influence
   - Organizational networks and power
   - The coaching approach to leadership
   - Valuation and financial analysis

*Strategy and Innovation*
*Competitive Strategy: Creating, Capturing, and Delivering Value*
In this session, you gain exposure to a wide variety of modern strategy
frameworks and methodologies to help you develop the skills needed to
become a successful manager with responsibility for the performance of a
firm or business unit.
Plus:

   - Disciplined entrepreneurship
   - Innovation dynamics and models
   - Marketing strategies

*Technology, Digital Transformation, and Value Chain Management*
*Value Chain Dynamics*
Given the dynamic nature of markets and technologies, firms must frequently
assess their value chains, including suppliers, partners, distribution
channels, and sourcing strategies to assure ongoing creation and capture of
value. This session provides a comprehensive framework for mapping and
assessing end-to-end value chains.
Plus:

   - Operations for entrepreneurs, service quality, and innovation
   - Systems thinking for organizational change strategy
   - Digital business models and operations
   - Platform strategy

The upcoming application deadline is *May 6, 2025*. We are offering a
tuition fee benefit of USD 3,500 off the program fee if you apply on or
before the date.
