[wrong sequence where slave boss gets a $1000 bill stuck in his fly
getting out of a money bath and doesn't notice. Dignitaries and
ambassadors try to call his attention to it "feel the wind blow, Herr
slave boss?" but he does not get the hints "turn down the AC" ...
maybe in the streets impoverished needy folk (flip properties so those
in need don't die / aren't the butt) try to grab for the money at
slave boss's crotch but are murdered, leaving a building and poetic
wake of corpses ... eventually slave boss notices dont immediately
remember an associated twist/punchline
