An Atlanta real estate law firm has urged a federal judge to toss a
lender's legal malpractice suit alleging the firm bungled the paperwork of
a $2 million closing, arguing the lawsuit fails to meet the most basic
standard for such a claim — an existing attorney-client relationship.
