Amazon.com Inc. must hand over dozens of records previously flagged as
confidential to the consumers in a series of class actions alleging
antitrust violations, a Washington federal judge has ruled, concluding that
the e-commerce giant wrongly marked the documents as "attorney-client
communications or attorney-work product."
