The Texas State Securities Board entered an emergency cease-and-desist
order to stop offers of an allegedly fraudulent blockchain token called
Apertum, saying its creators successfully recruited developers behind
"Grand Theft Auto V" to launch a new game requiring the purchase of the
token.
