A former paralegal and would-be attorney has asked a federal judge to keep
alive her software crash suit against ExamSoft, arguing that both the
popular software company and the Connecticut Bar Examining Committee
violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by not giving her extra time
under an approved accommodation when her computer crashed during a remote
COVID-era test.
