Dear Madam Superintendent Harris:

The future of the United States of America is bright. There are young
people waking up all across the the Country striving to make something of
their lives.

New York's BitLicense was designed to protect New Yorkers from virtual
currency market manipulation. And, it just so happens I (Gunnar Donald
Arthur Peter Larson) am a world renowned scholar to this degree.

While NYDFS' Superintendent was allegedly rigging the Vyvanse marketplace,
there was also similar character intentionally co-opting pure virtual
currency market development.

Senator Lummis' approach for "quick fixes" belo should be protected by New
York Human Rights Law's cross boarder jurisdictional enforcement clause(s).

Sen. Cynthia Lummis, R.-Wyo., told the Second Circuit that the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission's ongoing suit against Coinbase Inc. has
complicated congressional efforts to set rules for digital assets, filing
her support for the crypto exchange's bid for a quick ruling from the
appeals court on how securities laws apply to the transactions on its
platform.

xNY.io - Bank.org is fearful that NYDFS has worked against xNY.io -
Bank.org ignoring New York Human Rights Law.

Furthermore, the 2022 Bloomberg Crypto Summit profiles Senator Lummis,
Senator Gillibrand and Coinbase representatives:

.

Between virtual currencies and Vyvanse (B12) the NYAG's hopful
investigation will show NYDFS' Superintendent threats of disbarring
attorneys who planned to work with xNY.io - Bank.org.

xNY.io - Bank.org looks forward to working with NYAG and NYDFS on this
important public corruption investigation.

Thank you,

Gunnar Larson
