A California federal judge has conditionally certified a collective action
on behalf of former Twitter workers aged 50 and older who were fired after
Elon Musk acquired the company, saying while this isn't the stage "to weigh
the evidence," the complaint shows "beyond mere speculation" Twitter may
have discriminated against older employees.
