Apple Inc. asked a California federal judge Thursday to toss a proposed
antitrust class action alleging that Apple Inc. illegally controls which
apps are viewed on iPhone web browsers to boost iPhone prices, arguing that
the consumers don't have standing to bring their "highly convoluted and
speculative" claims.
