i'm poking at arweave a little

https://github.com/xloem/gitlakepy has an arweave backend that
provides for free uploads

but it has bugs. i'm trying to work on those bugs now! i'm holdin' the
intention!

note: the free backend goes through a single remote server without
reason to trust this server nor the connection with it.
