Fascinating where material science is taking us. 
Since 2015 I've noticed a sort of ' Cryptological Turn ' in scientific fields 
as diverse as nano-technology and cosmology. More and more scientists 
apparently devoted to quantum cryptanalysis, once thought an impossible 
pursuit. But ever since Seth Lloyd wrote about the universe as a quantum 
computer ( 2006 ) its been implicit that its ' running code' must be 
quantum-encrypted.
