To be honest, I'm not sure what the root cause of this problem is. I've
never really investigated it. However, since Bill specifically mentioned
that he did the download step separate from the install and there has
traditionally been problem reports when using this "less traveled road",
I mentioned it in that light only. It was a shot in the dark that seems
to have hit the target in this case. The reason I didn't explain my logic
for offering this "solution" is because I don't have anything useful to
say beyond what I've just stated. :-(
