Versions 4.36-3 of {libglpk0,libglpk-devel,glpk}
have been uploaded for cygwin-1.7
The GLPK (GNU Linear Programming Kit) package is
intended for solving large-scale linear programming
This is a new upstream release with some additional
functionalty. See Changelog for full list of changes.
Replaced gcc4-runtime dependency with the new libgcc1.
