MinTTY is a terminal emulator for Cygwin with a native Windows user interface and minimalist design. Its terminal emulation is largely compatible with xterm, but it does not require an X server to be running. It is based on code from PuTTY 0.60 by Simon Tatham and team.
This is a compatibility update. CHANGES (since 0.3.6-1) ======================= - The Home and End keys now send "PC-style" ^[[H and ^[[F instead of VT220-style ^[[1~ and ~[[4~. This is for compatibility with xterm's default configuration and the xterm termcap/terminfo entries, which means that Home and End should work out-of-the box now in bash, i.e. configuring them in ~/.inputrc is no longer necessary. - The Reset menu command and the ^[c ('Full Reset') control sequence now clear the scrollback as well as the screen. - The manual page has gained a tip on using 'sh -c' for setting environment variables in mintty shortcuts.
