| What version of 'setup.exe' are you running? Perhaps it's a bad | 'bash.lst.gz' file in '/etc/setup'? If so, you could try moving | it out of the way and trying again. | |Larry Hall http://www.rfk.com |RFK Partners, Inc. (508) 893-9779 - RFK Office |216 Dalton Rd. I'm running 2.573.2.3, fresh off the net. I see that /etc/setup/bash.1st.gz is dated Mar 9, 2009. Can i delete any of these and restart? I am reading the "file in use" thread too and contemplating going this route. Doesn't look easy tho. I would probably rm -rf cygwin and look for the proc's in process explorer until i got all the files. thanks larry, dave -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
