Marco, thanks for the direct url to the official package repository. That enabled me to build imagemagick with jpeg-2000. Until yesterday, the libjasper-devel package did not show in my setup.exe's library or graphics category list. Perhaps is was a propagation error to mirror sites or some kind of ini file was not configured correctly, that has been fixed.
