I did above process, now the perl.exe cannot start in my cygwin
terminal when I tried ./brootstrap again. It pop up an error message
"perl.exe has stopped"

Now the perl.exe is really cooked. Could you please tell me how can I
get it back, reverse above implementation?
Reinstall it via setup.exe
