I've updated the xerces-c version to 2.8.0-4.
xerces-c is a validating XML parser written in a portable subset of C++
(it is also known as Xerces-C++). xerces-c makes it easy to give your
application the ability to read and write XML data. A shared library is
provided for parsing, generating, manipulating, and validating XML
documents.
Changes since 2.8.0-3
======================
* Fixed upstream bug
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XERCESC-1022
where XMLPlatformUtils::isAnySlash() is not present in the library.
