There are a couple of empty directories included:
/usr/share/applications
/usr/share/pixmaps
/usr/share/doc/mathomatic/factorial
/usr/share/doc/mathomatic/html
/usr/share/doc/mathomatic/m4
/usr/share/doc/mathomatic/tests
/usr/lib
/usr/include
The cygwin README, library and headers are missing compared to the
latest version.
