At the moment, my piece of crap mobo wants to screw up every now and then. I'm looking for a different mobo and processor.
Tonight, for example, it decided to croak and reboot. So, I wanted to turn off having to log in so that my stuff will restart. I don't remember how I set XP to cause the login to appear. I've only gotten it to remove my password, but I still have to click on my login name (the only name). Well, I discovered that cron didn't start. Because of it, a job that was supposed to start, didn't :-( Just where is cron stated in an XP SP2 system? I installed it to work for me. Thanks.
