No, because: * Cygwin GUI programs should always be X11, with a few notable exceptions. * I would rather rename gtk2-x11 to gtk2, as there is no reason for a gtk2-win32 in the distro, and the latter would have to be installed into a different prefix in any case. * There's no sane way to install more than one PyGTK build, so there could never be a pygtk2-win32 (even if there were a gtk2-win32).
