I have Started Cygserver Sucessfully and when i give ipcs command i am able to get the details. Under Semaphore it shows one semaphore id with following details:
semid semkey 65536 51397905 If i am able to create the semaphore, i.e., semget is returning the semid but i want to know why it is failing in semctl method?
