You have, again, quoted me as if I was trying to offer suggestions for dealing with your issue. I was not suggesting that your problem was due to a missing package. It is very unlikely that your particular failure of truncated output would be due to a missing package. When I mentioned, in previous messages, "this particular problem" and "in this thread", I was referring specifically to the problem mentioned by Dennis Simpson which I do not believe is related to your problem. I have apologized for my previous confusion and imprecise language but it seems like there might still be lingering confusion on your part as a result.
