I've made a new version of the Cygwin DLL and associated utilities available for download.
The 1.5.24-2 release fixes only one bug introduced in 1.5.24-1. -1 was non-functional on XP 64 bit and 2003 Server 64 bit editions. This should be rectified now. To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
