Probably not. Usually, with dos line-endings, the \r is printed as part of the problem program name, showing up as a single : at the beginning of the problem report. In this case, it looks more like arm-elf-gcc really doesn't exist (ie. the OP didn't install a cross-compiler). But cygwin doesn't ship an arm cross-compiler, so the OP's question might better be directed to the gnuarm support list, or wherever he obtained source code for gnuarm. - -- Life is short - so eat dessert first!
