Yes. I'm attaching my /etc/passwd and /etc/group (after editing to
protect the privacy of users). See anything unusual? The account that
can't run Cygwin is called team-member.

Nothing obvious, no. My first guess would have been that the user isn't *in* /etc/passwd, but...

The entry in question looks OK to cursory inspection. Hopefully someone else has a better idea.
