Ruby hangs when executing: ruby -r mkmf -e 'have_func("rb_hash_foreach")'

For me, current Cygwin Ruby (1.8.5-2) hangs when executing:

  ruby -r mkmf -e 'have_func("rb_hash_foreach")'

Please could someone confirm whether this problem is reproducible for them?
