For kicks I shut down the sshd process and attempted to start it right back up. No dice. Here's the output from my bash window:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~ $ cygrunsrv -S sshd cygrunsrv: Error starting a service: QueryServiceStatus: Win32 error 1062: The service has not been started.
